    Shipping and Return Policy


    Orders are usually shipped within 5-15 business days after your order is processed. Depending on the shipping method selected, shipments normally take an additional 2-7 business days to arrive. Shipping options include FedEx 2 day or FedEx Economy (3-5 days). Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours, excluding company holidays.

    *We only accept returns and exchanges decorated with the CORPORATE logo: "Sonny's The Car Wash Factory".

    Returns - PLEASE NOTE: ALL returns REQUIRE prior approval and a Return Authorization Form. No other returns are permitted. Goods returned without prior authorization may not be credited.

    All Corporate logo items must be returned to Xact Xpressions within 30 days of invoice, provided they have not been worn, used, nor washed and the tags are still intact. All returned goods are subject to inspection. If any items are deemed non-returnable, we will advise you via your email address, billing address, or telephone. We do require that you obtain a return authorization PRIOR to sending back an item.

    Returned goods that are not defective and deemed returnable, will be eligible for a credit card refund. Please contact your customer service representative at sonnysdirect@sonnysgear.com to obtain an RA (details below) and discuss details of your return if you need any additional information.

    Any returns that are UNFOLDED, WADED UP, OR INSIDE OUT will incur a 20% restocking fee with a minimum charge of $5.00. No Restocking fee is charge for returns postmarked within 7 days of the RA date or returned to our office neatly folded.

    Returns are processed within 1-3 business days once received. Your refund may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.

    Return Authorization

    An R.A. must be obtained prior to returning any item for any reason. Email or fill out the contact form on the sonnysgear.com Webstore. All returns must have the Return Authorization Number included in the mailing address and the package must include a copy of the R.A. form. Please contact your customer service representative at sonnysdirect@sonnysgear.com to obtain an RA (details below) and discuss details of your return if you need any additional information. Once items are received (with the corresponding RA), a credit card refund to the original credit card, or store credit will be processed. This credit may be applied to future orders. Items returned without an RA may not receive credit.

    Exchanges

    We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse AND inspected. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order on our webstore. Thank you for your understanding.

    What do you need to do?

    • Confirm that you are still within the 30 day return timeframe.
    • Email or complete the contact us form to request an RA.
    • Be sure items are unworn, unwashed, have tags, and are neatly folded.
    • Print a copy of your RA and include it with your items.
    • Your return is postmarked within 7days of the RA date to avoid a restocking fee.
    • Or, return your item in person and avoid a restocking fee.
